Nick Andrews, M.A, BCBA
Nick Andrews, M.A., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 19 years of experience in special education, behavioral services, and organizational leadership. He has worked extensively with children and adults in residential and community settings and with the caregivers and professionals that support them Nick specializes in intensive and challenging behavior, parent and caregiver coaching, and with organizational consultation where behavior is a variable.
Nick founded Stoneway Behavioral Services to provide practical, compassionate, and evidence-based behavioral support that extends beyond the therapy session. His approach emphasizes helping caregivers and professionals understand behavior, develop effective strategies, and build the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Stoneway currently serves clients in Florida and Virginia.
Outside of his clinical work, Nick serves as Vice-Chair of the St. Johns County Library Advisory Board and is a co-owner of Solid Base Performance Center, where he is also an active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and coach. His work across behavioral science, education, leadership, and athletics reflects a longstanding interest in learning, human performance, and strengthening the communities he serves.
